* Concerning the distinction applications, the acceptances of works "without title" will be excluded in order to avoid the risks of fraud and errors. With immediate effect, those works "without title" are not allowed in salon under FIAP Patronage. * The works submitted with a distinction application for AFIAP and EFIAP must have three (3) FIAP acceptations. * For the AFIAP and EFIAP distinction 10% of the FIAP acceptances have to be achieved in international "print" paper salons under FIAP patronage. * The candidate for the MFIAP distinction has to achieve the EFIAP distinction for at least 3 years based on the date of the diploma. General rules for ASSOCIATESHIP and FELLOWSHIP application within the Regulation of the Constitution and by-law of the Society – ICS

Photographic work for ASSOCIATESHIP and FELLOWSHIP application consisting of 3 divisions:
A. Monochrome Prints B. Color Prints C. Color Slides or D. Digital Image
ASSOCIATESHIP APPLICATION
Overseas Life Members (US Active Member) who have met their obligation and requirements of this honor may apply the ASSOCIATE (Overseas Regular Members must became life members prior to the application of the Associateship).
Twelve (12) Monochrome prints, or 12 color prints, size 11 x 14 or 16 x 20 inches, mounting unnecessary, for the application of Associateship; or
Twelve (12) Color slides, 35mm format, or medium format, or
Twelve (12) works file store in CD Rom, or
Twelve (12) works digital file size 1024 x 768 - 72 dpi via email for application of Associateship.
The ASSOCIATESHIP application fee contact ICS for instruction.
FELLOWSHIP APPLICATION
Overseas Life Members (US Active Members) who have elected ASSOCIATES for at least one year and have met their obligation and these honor requirements may apply for the FELLOWSHIP.
Overseas Regular Members, who have elected ASSOCIATES at least for two years and have met their obligation and the requirements of this honor, must became life members prior to the application of the FELLOWSHIP.
FELLOWSHIP "FICS" candidate must submit a portfolio with specific photo article about his/hers work for exammination and evaluation.
Eighteen (18) Monochrome prints or 18 Color prints, size 11 x 14 or 16 x 20 inches, mounting unnecessary, for the application of Fellowship; or
Eighteen (18) Color slides, 35mm format, or medium format, or
Eighteen (18) works file store in CD Rom, or.
Eighteen (18) works digital file size 1024 x 768 - 72 dpi via email for application of Fellowship.
The FELLOWSHIP application fee contact ICS for instruction.
FEE
Make all bank check payable to the ICS.
Application fee is not refundable whether the application is successful or not.
ATTENTION
The Society (ICS) shall select all monochrome, or color print, or color slide, or works file store on CD Rom, or digital file from each successful application to be considered as a donation of the applicant to the Permanent Collection of the ICS International. All possible care will be exercised in handling of the works for honor application, but no responsibility will be assumed by the ICS for any loss or damage of prints or slides or CD Rom during judging or in transit. The ICS reserves the right to reproduce or copy any print or slides of the honor application for exhibition or publicity or catalogs to raise fund for the Society as deem necessary without any payment of a fee.
